Two months ago when everyone shifted to virtual meetings quickly, I heard many friends share some of their “perks” of working and meeting virtually - zero commute time, going running on the lunch hour, and ample time with pets… but I wasn’t hearing them share about the revolution. I wasn’t hearing about the new powerful ways we can meet, talk and work in the virtual paradigm.

Most meetings have gone virtual without evolving, and the experience is painful.

But it doesn’t have to be.

The virtual paradigm offers an incredible opportunity to get curious about why we were meeting in the first place, and reevaluate and restructure our work. What you may be noticing is that bad meetings are worse online, and good meetings can be even better.
